No. Whilst we have all the facilities to run the training courses here, in many cases we can run training courses at your own location globally.

Unfortunately not, all the training courses are in English. That said we have used technical translators to run training courses in other countries as required.

Is there any recommended reading I should look through before attending your training course?
Whilst some prior knowledge can be an advantage, we would suggest that you do not read, or revise, any of the subjects we teach in too much detail. This can lead to confusion when you are attending the training course and you will then not fully benefit from it. Our courses are designed in such away, unless otherwise mentioned, to take a candidate from any level through to passing the exam on each training course. For some courses, such as the F-Gas and Flammable Refrigerant training courses, we will send out reading material for you in advance.

A good grasp of the Mathematics and English however will alway be an advantage on any technical based training course.

I have completed all the training courses, is that it?
No one knows everything, including us. Training is a journey that never ends. If there are no other subjects that you need to enable you to work safer and with greater expertise, we would suggest looking at regular refresher training.

Can I attend any of your training courses?
All of the training courses found on our webpages can be attended by any candidate, however there may be recommendations for a prior qualification first. Please see the details on each course for further information.

We do run many other training courses not listed on these webpages that are 'closed'. In that only candidates from the relevant company or agent can attend these training sessions.

I notice you run an electrics course for transport refrigeration engineers, do you run one for Air Conditioning engineers?
We have developed a set of training courses for the Transport Refrigeration Industry that are open to any person wishing to attend them. If training courses are required for other niche industries, we regularly tailor training courses to meet our customer exact requirements. Please see the 'bespoke training' link on the training page.

I have heard some of your exams are computer based, but I struggle with computers, is this a problem?
No. Any of the computer based exams only require the most basic skills, i.e. move a mouse - click a button. Assistance is always available if there are any difficulties experienced here.
