Training Terms and Conditions

All training course bookings made are based on acceptance of our terms and conditions;

Places for training courses are booked on a ‘first come, first served basis’ and are confirmed by receipt of a confirmation email from us. A training deposit is required for all customers without a training account with us. Delegates can be held in reserve, on request, for a particular course should there be a cancellation to free up a place.

Delegates will be sent joining instructions prior the training course, usually at least one week in advance.

Delegates from the same company may be interchanged between like courses, by mutual agreement.

We reserve the right, due to circumstances beyond our control, to alter the specified training dates. We will always endeavour to rearrange the training course to a mutually acceptable date. Should any rescheduling by 3T Services be found unsuitable for the booked candidate(s) a full refund will be given were applicable.

Training deposits are non-refundable, but may be held in reserve for an alternate training course by prior approval, provided written notice is given at least two weeks in advance.

Training course cancellation fees;
  • For cancellations received in writing more than three months in advance of the course commencement date there would be no additional fees, or a full refund will be given (less any deposit) if paid in advance.
  • Cancellations received in writing more than two weeks in advance of the course commencement date will be subject to an administration charge of 25% of the course fees (including any deposit paid).
  • Cancellations received in writing one to two weeks in advance of the of the course commencement date will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 75% of the course fees (including any deposit paid).
  • For cancellations made one week prior to the course commencement date, or if a delegate fails to attend, the full training course fees will be due.
3T Services Limited reserve the right to cancel any training courses for whatever reason. Should an alternate arrangement not be found, a full refund, including deposits, will be given with no further liability to 3T Services Limited.

The Health and Safety of all delegates is of the utmost importance to us. Should delegates act in a way that disrupts the course, or disregards the instructions given, they will be asked to leave the training course without any refund. A full report will be issued to support such actions.

Specific PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be supplied as required. Delegates should bring their own overalls and safety footwear if requested within the joining instructions. Delegates will not be allowed in the workshop areas with out appropriate clothing.

Unless specified within the course criteria, training material, lunches and refreshments will be supplied within the course fees.

Agreement to these terms and conditions also assumes acceptance of our data protection policy.
